1. Seller
The online store shop.xtrememac.com is operated by XtremeMac S.à r.l., 2 rue John Lennon, L-4371 Belval, Luxembourg, RCS Luxembourg B184149, VAT LU26688260, info@xtrememac.com, +352 661 777 050. These terms apply to every order placed on the store.

2. Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include VAT for deliveries in the EU. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, AirPods, Apple Watch and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc.; XtremeMac is an independent accessory brand.

3. Orders
Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and refund you in full.

4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown (cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and others). Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Delivery
Delivery areas, costs and times are described in our shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 15 days from delivery to change your mind. Details are in our returns and refunds policy.

7. Legal guarantee and warranty
All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law, and from our 2-year XtremeMac warranty, which can be extended to 4 years by registering your product within 45 days.

8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Intellectual property
The XtremeMac name, logo, texts, images and videos on this website belong to XtremeMac S.à r.l. Resellers and distributors may use our product images and content only to promote XtremeMac products. Any other use needs our written permission.

11. Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim before the courts of your country.
