Domestic and International Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping
All orders of €50 or more qualify for free standard shipping within Europe. Orders below €50 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

2. Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for orders under €50 will be calculated and displayed at checkout. XtremeMac uses TNT and DHL Shipping services to deliver your parcel with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.

4. Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We currently only ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United States and United Kingdom. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
