Domestic and International Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping
All orders of €10 or more qualify for free standard shipping in the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino and Vatican City. Orders below €10 ship for a flat €3.

2. Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Flat rates apply to a few destinations: €15 per order for the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Cyprus, Malta, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, the Faroe Islands and La Réunion; €30 per order for the United States. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. XtremeMac uses TNT and DHL Shipping services to deliver your parcel with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.

4. Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We currently ship to: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including La Réunion), Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Faroe Islands, the United Kingdom, the United States and Vatican City. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
