XtremeMac Shipment & Delivery Policy

Domestic and International Shipping Policy 

1. Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders above 50 Euros there will be no shipping charges.

XtremeMac uses TNT Shipping services to deliver your parcel with estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.

3. Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We currently only ship to the below countries: 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

We do not ship to any other countries that are not on this list.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
