Eligibility

All XtremeMac customers who purchase a product are eligible to register their product to receive an extended warranty of 2 years and an additional 10% discount on their next purchase.

Registration Process

To take advantage of this offer, customers must successfully register their XtremeMac product through the official registration process. This involves:

  • Scanning the provided QR code or visiting the specified registration page.
  • Completing the registration form by entering all the required information accurately, including personal details and product information.

Extended Warranty

Upon successful registration of the product, the standard warranty will be extended by an additional 2 years. The extended warranty is only applicable if all required data fields in the registration form are fully and accurately completed. If the customer fails to provide the necessary information, the extended warranty will not be granted.

10% Discount

Once the registration is completed, customers will receive a one-time 10% discount, which can be applied to their next purchase. This discount can only be used once per registered product and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Data Usage and Privacy

The data provided during registration will be used to uniquely identify the customer and associate the registered product with their account. By registering, the customer consents to the use of their data for these purposes.

Promotional Emails and Opt-Out

As part of the registration process, customers will be automatically subscribed to receive marketing emails from XtremeMac, which may include product updates, special offers, and other promotional content. Customers who do not wish to receive these emails can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in each email.

Warranty Coverage

The extended warranty provided by XtremeMac covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, XtremeMac will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

  1. Covered Under Warranty
    • Manufacturing Defects: Any defect in materials or workmanship that arises under normal usage conditions.
    • Electrical Failures: Malfunctions related to the electrical components of the product due to manufacturing defects.
    • Battery Failures: Battery issues resulting from manufacturing defects or improper workmanship (if applicable to the product).
    • Structural Issues: Problems with the product’s structure, such as cracks or breaks, that occur under normal use conditions and are due to manufacturing defects.
  2. Not Covered Under Warranty
    • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, such as drops, spills, or other impacts.
    • Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from improper use, including using the product in a manner for which it was not intended.
    • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than an authorized XtremeMac service center.
    • Cosmetic Damage: Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and other cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality.
    • Environmental Damage: Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, such as water, heat, or corrosive substances.
    • Theft or Loss: The warranty does not cover products that are lost or stolen.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, customers must:

  • Use the confirmation email received after product registration as proof of identity during the claim process.
  • Submit the claim via email, including a detailed description of the issue and photos of the defective product, along with a proof of purchase, to info@xtrememac.com.
  • If the confirmation email from registration is lost, customers can send an email to info@xtrememac.com and manually verify themselves by providing their original registration details directly in the email. XtremeMac will then respond with further instructions.
  • Valid claims must include the purchase receipt, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the product.

Final Notes

The registration process must be completed successfully for the extended warranty and discount offer to be valid. XtremeMac reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.
