Standard warranty: 2 years on every product

Every XtremeMac product is covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing, from the date of original purchase. If a defect appears during this period, we will repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price.

This commercial warranty comes on top of your statutory rights. As a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, whatever the commercial warranty says.

Extended warranty: up to 4 years

Register your product within 45 days of purchase on our product registration page and we add 2 more years to the standard warranty, for a total of up to 4 years from the original purchase date. You also receive a one-time 10% discount on your next purchase.

  • All required fields of the registration form must be completed accurately.
  • Registration after 45 days still gives the 10% discount, but not the extended warranty.
  • The 10% discount can be used once per registered product and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • When you register, you are subscribed to XtremeMac marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

What is covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
  • Electrical failures caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Battery failures caused by a manufacturing defect, where applicable
  • Cracks or breaks caused by a manufacturing defect under normal use

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, impacts)
  • Misuse, abuse or use of the product in unintended ways
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, normal wear and tear)
  • Environmental damage (water, heat, corrosive substances)
  • Loss or theft

How to make a claim

Email info@xtrememac.com with:

  1. A description of the issue
  2. Photos of the product
  3. Your proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  4. For the extended warranty, your registration confirmation email (or your registration details if you lost it)
