Eligibility

All XtremeMac customers who purchase a product are eligible to register their product to receive an extended warranty of 2 years and an additional 10% discount on their next purchase.

Registration Process

To take advantage of this offer, customers must successfully register their XtremeMac product through the official registration process. This involves:

1. Scanning the provided QR code or visiting the specified registration page.
2. Completing the registration form by entering all the required information accurately, including personal details and product information.

Important: Registration for the extended warranty must be completed within 45 days of the product purchase date. Customers can still register their product after 45 days to receive the 10% discount, but will not qualify for the extended warranty.

Extended Warranty

Upon successful registration within 45 days of purchase, the standard warranty will be extended by an additional 2 years, for a total coverage of up to 4 years. The extended warranty is only applicable if:

• All required data fields in the registration form are fully and accurately completed.
• The product is registered within the 45-day period.

If the customer fails to register within 45 days, they are only eligible for the 10% discount.

10% Discount

Once the registration is completed, customers will receive a one-time 10% discount, which can be applied to their next purchase. This discount:

• Can only be used once per registered product.
• Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Is available even if registration occurs after the 45-day period.

Warranty Start Date

The extended warranty begins from the original purchase date of the product, as stated on the purchase receipt. The additional 2 years will be added to the standard warranty period.

Data Usage and Privacy

The data provided during registration will be used to uniquely identify the customer and associate the registered product with their account. By registering, the customer consents to the use of their data for these purposes.

Promotional Emails and Opt-Out

As part of the registration process, customers will be automatically subscribed to receive marketing emails from XtremeMac, which may include product updates, special offers, and other promotional content. Customers who do not wish to receive these emails can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in each email.

Warranty Coverage

The extended warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this time, XtremeMac will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Covered Under Warranty

• Manufacturing Defects: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions.
• Electrical Failures: Malfunctions in electrical components due to manufacturing defects.
• Battery Failures: Battery issues resulting from manufacturing defects (if applicable).
• Structural Issues: Cracks or breaks due to manufacturing defects under normal use.

Not Covered Under Warranty

• Accidental damage (drops, spills, impacts).
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or using the product in unintended ways.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, wear and tear).
• Environmental damage (water, heat, corrosive substances).
• Loss or theft of the product.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, customers must:

1. Use the confirmation email received after product registration as proof of registration.
2. Submit the claim via email to info@xtrememac.com, including:
   • A detailed description of the issue.
   • Photos of the defective product.
   • A valid proof of purchase (purchase receipt).

If the confirmation email from registration is lost, customers can manually verify their registration by emailing their original registration details to info@xtrememac.com.

Final Notes

The registration process must be completed successfully for the extended warranty and discount offer to be valid. XtremeMac reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.
