Is the 20,000 mAh model airplane-allowed?
Yes. At 74 Wh, it is below the 100 Wh airline limit for carry-on lithium batteries (FAA, EASA, IATA). Pack it in your cabin luggage; lithium batteries are not allowed in checked bags.
